About Zina

Hi, my name is Zina and I'm willing to become your tutor.
Although I'm not exceedingly smart, I am smart enough to tutor.
I will ensure that you have full understanding while making sure you're comfortable.

I have always enjoyed teaching and am very patient and understanding.
I have a sense of humor, as well as a sense of urgency and need to get things done.

If there is something we both don't get and can't figure out, I assure you it will be sorted either by the end of that lesson or at the start of the next one.

About the lesson

I am a friendly person who knows when to be serious.
- A lesson from me would last at least an hour but will never go past 2 hours to avoid overstimulation and loss of focus.
- I've been passionate about helping others for as long as I can remember, and I have tutored friends and siblings in the past.
- As I said before, I can tutor anyone under Year 10.

I set up a meeting with Zina at the City library so she could tutor me in year 8 science.
When I arrived I was very nervous and scared but she's so easy going and friendly. I learnt a lot with her whilst also maintaining sanity so I'm not overwhelmed by the amount if work I had to do.
She spoke slowly and clearly. If I didn't understand something she would help me with it over and over until i got it.
I was with Zina for about an hour and 45 minutes, although it was a short time I felt well prepared for my science assessment.
I will definitely be booking with her again she's so nice!
