About Mike

Hello! I'm Michael, passionate about the world of sports, although my forte is boxing. If you are looking to get in shape, learn boxing techniques and have fun, this is your place!
I have been in this world for more than 10 years and I continue to study to continue improving. I have competed several times in Italy. I like to train people, so that they feel motivated and thus can achieve all their goals.

About the lesson

My classes are aimed at anyone over 15 years old. (If it is smaller, it could be negotiated) I train beginners as well as professionals.
I teach classic boxing and fitboxe. I combine technical exercises with others of reflex, mobility and power.

10 years of boxing experience and 3 years as a boxing teacher.
