About JOHN
I am a recently retired Project/Program Manager with 40 + yrs experience mainly in the Corporate (Public Service) sector but also some very successful experience in the private sector where I applied my methodology to excellent effect.
I understand the pressure on a Project Manager and can offer some 'real' ( not rocket science) strategies and approach to ensure stakeholder confidence in you and make your life easier.
I want to impart my skills and approach to help you minimise stress and maximise outcomes for the benefit of all.

I teach by explanation and example of what I believe is the best Project Management methodology for the fast paced world of customer facing IT Projects today. My approach is to teach, based on PRINCE2 Project methodology, but adapted as required by the particular Project, from cradle to grave, lending ongoing assistance during your project.
