About Aria
"Belting technique and vocal health inform my approach as I guide singers through the intricacies of choral scholarship prep. Often I find myself mid-thought explaining resonance while a student works on their pitch consistency.
My background includes a Bachelor of Music in Voice from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I have spent 9 years helping students find their natural sound. My 340 students range from kids to returning learners who want a solid technical foundation.
Sight singing and harmony work become second nature once you understand the internal mechanics of your instrument. Stage fear management is something we address as part of the total vocal process. I enjoy seeing that moment of clarity in a singer's eyes. Perhaps you would like to explore this process with me during a trial?"
