About Hazel
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 15 years of teaching experience and a PhD Degree in Music Performance. I enjoy helping students discover their musical talents and improve confidence through piano learning. I believe every student can achieve success with patience, encouragement, and practical guidance from an experienced music educator consistently.
My teaching style is supportive, organized, and focused on gradual improvement through engaging learning techniques. I adapt lessons according to each student’s learning pace, strengths, and musical interests for better progress. I always encourage students to practice regularly and build confidence through constructive feedback and motivating musical activities during sessions.
Apart from teaching, I enjoy exploring piano compositions, live performances, and modern teaching approaches to improve professionally. I am passionate about inspiring students to appreciate music deeply while strengthening technical and artistic abilities. Helping students become expressive and confident piano players gives me great fulfillment and professional satisfaction as a tutor.

My piano lessons focus on finger coordination, rhythm training, note reading, hand positioning, and expressive musical performance. I design lessons according to each student’s musical background and learning goals. I help students improve confidence and technical ability through structured exercises, guided practice sessions, and engaging musical activities during every lesson regularly.
I teach piano concepts using simple demonstrations and practical methods that make learning enjoyable and easy to understand. My lessons include scales, sight-reading exercises, music theory, and song performance activities to strengthen technical and creative abilities. I encourage students to practice consistently while developing discipline, confidence, and expressive performance skills naturally.
I maintain a positive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I provide detailed feedback and personalized support to help students improve steadily and overcome musical challenges confidently. My goal is to make piano learning inspiring, interactive, and rewarding for students from different age groups and musical backgrounds.
