"Do you find yourself struggling to bridge the gap between textbook theory and actual coding? After finishing my 11 years of work as a software engineer and graduating from a General Assembly bootcamp, I realized that practical application is everything. I focus on SQL, databases, and interview preparation for data structures.

I also cover JavaScript, APIs, backend basics, version control, and clean code practices. Coding is often about breaking things to learn how they work. Sometimes things just break. I teach using the same project first mindset that got me through my own career transitions."

"Fixing code is far more productive than writing perfect syntax on the first try. I utilize my 11 years of software engineering experience to guide you through building real applications.

My General Assembly background means I prioritize getting your hands dirty with actual logic. We work through 8 weekly practice problems on coding platforms to ensure your skills remain sharp. Reviewing your code is how we identify gaps in your understanding before they become bad habits. You will gain confidence through consistent repetition and steady improvement."
