About Presence

i have a lot of experience around weight loss , i have learnt from my mistakes and others and have found the best way for me to lose weight effortlessly while eating everything i want. i don't want anyone to repeat my mistake and fall for quick fixes and cutt= out foods they love because you don't have to ! I can teach you how ! I've learnt from different coaches and i will transfer the information I learnt to you for less $$$

About the lesson

i will send all my clients questionnaire to understand their personal goals and what they want to achieve.

** I will only work with you if you are mentally and physically ready for this journey **

We will go over your goals and create a plan - if I think your goal needs amending

we will have weekly check ins to track your progress and we will discuss mindset and struggles that you may have and how we can work together to overcome them

* * *I do not have the qualifications so all I teach is from the many years of personal experience and coaching I received. Do not work with me if you are looking for a fully certified coach

if you aren't sure that you want a coach and you are just starting then I believe I can help introduce you to the basics and help you achieve a part of your goal before you want to move on to more expensive coaching from others :)
