About Dee

Helping people and organisations achieve their goals has always been at the core of my work through a 20 years career, working across the corporate and non-profit sectors, at one of the world’s leading consulting firms.

I believe in the power on forming trust based relationships and using analytical tools and frameworks to to carefully assess ones situation/needs and then collaboratively defining strategies that are actionable to get results and learning.

I’ve lived and worked in an array of countries - including Australia, Costa Rica, Colombia, South Africa, Switzerland and Turkey - allowing my to gain an insight into different perspectives on work and life and practices that can be used.

I’ve also strived for growth in my personal life - in the areas such as health and wellness, relationships and spiritual development. As a father of three kids and husband I’ve experienced various challenges life throws at you and constantly worked to explore how I can best navigate these in the moment and with a view to the future.

I’m happy to help you navigate specific life moments/choices, address specific topics or more broadly to work with you to set goals and plans. I all cases I will help you outline the actionable steps you can take to make progress and act an accountability partner along the way if you need it.

I can support you in a free flow and agile manner, or to plan a bespoke programme to work through a series of lessons.
