About Mert
I was first introduced to Yoga 8 years ago when my life was going upside down,at first I didn't believe how simple movements (as it looks from outisde) can help with my stress, anxiety, and my perspective of life,but I can say with confidence that after the first class of Hatha Yoga and meditation, and after I saw how it helped me relax, take a breath , which led to me making better decisions and look at stuff in a more positive perspective, and therefore change my life, I decided to be a Yoga instructor myself to help as much people as I can to reach this level of serenity.
I speak both Turkish and English, Turkish is my mother tongue, I can provide online classes in both languages.

First we start off with breathing meditations, it's the place where you conduct a connection between your soul and body. the focus here is to relax your ongoing brain activities we usually face 24 hours a day, and allows you take a little break from all the stress we as human beings have to deal with and connect with your soul.
