About Robert
I was student body president at CSU-Los Angeles, where I earned my B.A. in History. I was awarded the Undergraduate History Student of the Year Award. I earned my Master's in education at the University of Nevada las-Vegas. I have taught in many settings, including inner-city, high-end gifted SWAS (school within a school) programs. I have also taught at the US Embassy school in Damascus, Syria, and for six years in Hong Kong for the YEW Chung Education Foundation and the International Christian Schools of Hong Kong.I earned my ED.S. in educational leadership at the University of NevadaReno, where I taught un undergraduate education courses.
I continue to keep myself educationally relevant by substitute teaching in the Long Beach Unified School District.

My lessons are tailored to student needs and last 90 minutes. I prioritize and specialize in getting students caught up (remedial) as well as stretching students to maximize their potential. I have 10 years of experience in teaching gifted and talented students
