About Carmen
As an experienced Yoga Dance teacher with extensive experience of six years, I have specialized in the unique concept of Yoga Dance, which I have personally developed. My expertise lies in harmoniously combining yoga with various dance styles, where I pay special attention to the influences of Flamenco, arising from my background as a trained Flamenco dancer.
From my earliest memories, dance has been an integral part of my life. However, after being diagnosed with scoliosis, I turned to yoga with dedication. Drawing from my background in dance, I envisioned combining yoga with my dance experience.
The fusion of yoga and dance has immense benefits, promoting strength, health and flexibility while providing lots of fun. With my experience in teaching Yoga Dance, I now offer private lessons where we can work on your personal goals and where I am happy to share my expertise with you.

Yoga Dance blends the essence of yoga with the expressiveness of dance, offering not just a dance experience but also integrating the profound benefits of yoga. Moreover, it is renowned for being an intense workout that is simultaneously enjoyable, relaxing, and non-competitive.
The structure of the class commences with a yoga flow designed to prepare the body with stretching and strengthening exercises. Subsequently, we delve into choreographies inspired by various dance styles. We conclude the session with a soothing cooling-down yoga flow, drawing inspiration from the principles of yin yoga to balance energy and induce relaxation.
This experience is perfect for yoga enthusiasts seeking to deepen their practice as well as those looking to enhance their dance skills. Everyone interested in exploring the synergy between yoga and dance is warmly invited to join!
