About Yashoda

I'm a private school teacher as Yoga instructor in sector 50 NIT Faridabad. My professional qualifications for Yog B.A 2-year at BYS Uttarakhand Open University. Some other certificates in yoga by Patanjali Yog Samiti, PMYKS, Manviya Nirmaan Manch, UOU.

About the lesson

Teaching methods in yoga so I believe in direct method and no any other approach I used much. Yoga is almost based on body, mind, soul.

Good strength, and they need to improvement in their practice and not in quantity as an quality of yog classes . Through with breathing, and asanas improve their immune system.
