Classes are based upon skill level, what the intention of the class is, and what your body needs. I believe in moving to feel good with proper alignment in order to gain strength as a whole. I will teach beginner to more advanced level.

I am a dancer turned yogi. I love the feeling of being free on my mat as I move the ways that feel good in my body. I am interested in using yoga to improve quality of life movement-wise, whether it is using yoga to get stronger or using yoga to heal.
