About Seirra
Yoga is a great passion of mine, I have been doing yoga for five years and have learned a multitude from what it means to do yoga. To relax, to gain confidence, control of your mind and body, and most importantly, to feel at peace for even a few short moments spent each day doing yoga. I hope that I can assist others in developing awareness of themselves and their mental well-being.
