About Ekta

I am Ekta Chauhan, a Yoga Teacher. I have completed my Master's in Yoga Science from University of Patanjali Haridwar and recently I am working in PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NO 1 AFS PUNE. I want to share my knowledge so that the individual will involve in yogic practice to enhance their lives. As yoga leads to calm your body, mind, and soul. As it gives relaxation to your body.

About the lesson

Our class starts differently with the light yogic Shukshma kriya and then it follow some Yogasanas according to individual body type and then relaxation and breathing exercises.
In our Yogic journey we also follow which type of diet you have to take according to your body.
