Hi, I’m Paul
Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? A stiff lower back? If so, I can help.
Do you find yourself saying things like:
"Of course I can't touch my toes at my age..."
"I'm bound to be tight and stiff now I'm older..."
"I just need to accept this is me now..."
It's time to challenge these beliefs. Regardless of age, you can regain flexibility, improve mobility, and enhance your overall health. I began taking this seriously when I turned 40 and I am proof that with the right programme, support, and effort, you can make significant progress.
Research shows that regular flexibility and mobility exercises enhance overall fitness, improve muscle function, and boost joint health.
My goal is to help people regain flexibility, improve mobility, and achieve a balanced, injury-resistant physique. I understand these struggles firsthand, having worked through them myself.
One of the main reasons I focus on flexibility and mobility is to enjoy playing games with my 10 year old, hiking, and cycling together, and to continue these activities into old age. There's no reason you can't do the same. Thanks for reading, Paul

Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? A stiff lower back? If so, the Science of Stretching can help.
The Science of Stretching is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body.
I can work online with individuals or small groups.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer, a certified YOGABODY The Science of Stretching Teacher. I am also a Black Belt martial artist so I am help with sport specific flexibility and mobility.
We use 3 principles in our class.
1) Wet Noodle - muscles stretch better when relaxed.
2) 4:8 Breathing. Relieves tension; stimulates parasympathetic nervous system.
3) Time under passive tension. Long, relaxed holds to create real changes.
