About Ewelina

I’m a coach and a big fan of personal growth, expanding awareness and mindfulness. As a coach I work based on strengths, empathetic communication, self-agency and mindfulness.

In my spare time I do sports, meditate and take walks in the forest.

I work with people who want to take a journey within themselves to find there solutions to their problems. Ready to make changes. Those who desire to live in harmony with themselves, with their values, taking care of their needs. People who want to feel good with themselves, build fulfilling relationships, do the things they enjoy and be happy here and now. I help them get there.

About the lesson

I will help you to regain your energy, make the changes you need and get everything sorted out the way you want it in a few steps.

We will start with looking at your present situation, identifying what frustrates and torments you the most and what what specific things you want to change.

Then we will set a specific goal, what exactly you want to achieve, change your job or change your working habits.

After that, we will look at what assets and strengths you have and how you can put them into action.

Then we will identify what you lack and what you need to do to achieve it.

In the next step, we will have a look at the things that block you and how to deal with them.

Finally, we will create a practical action plan divided into smaller steps and adjusted to your present life situation.

During our meetings we will monitor your progress with the plan. We will discuss improvements and difficulties and make any adjustments according to your needs and situation.

There is an exciting journey ahead. By putting the above steps in practice, you will achieve long-lasting change and feel the peace of mind that your life finally looks the way you wanted it to.
