About Dean
I am a 20 year old male who just left school. I studied music for my GSCE's and also for my BTEC. I am a self taught pianist who uses a program called Synthesia on YouTube tutorials to learn the piano. I also started from piano books and note reading at a young age and have been playing the piano for around 5 years.

I will teach young students to not only learn from notes but also to learn from Synthesia tutorials which I will prepare before the lesson. This will be based on the style of music the pianist enjoys or wishes to learn. I am not a classical pianist and only teach basic theory. My goal is to teach the musician how to play Piano music, that they enjoy and learn many different styles. My teaching method is a good way to learn the Piano since they do not need to buy books or buy songs to learn from, they can just use YouTube which is a popular site owned by Google, where anyone in the world can upload a video, such as Piano tutorials. I will add a link to a simple tutorial for the piano which is what I will use in my lessons. I will help the student to learn by listening as well as reading and following Synthesia tutorials.

Details
My rates are the same no matter the level of the student. Bear in mind, I can find or offer tutorials for students that are above a grade 4 since my theory and playing style/method isn't to do with grades. It's about playing music for fun and developing your skill as a musician, not about grades.
