About Elisaveta
Bruce Lee once said 'be like water'. My understanding of this is that one should be adaptable to the circumstances. In the same way, I like to adapt and connect to my students to give them the best personalised experience of being tutored. There is no single 'one size fits all'.
Positive, constructive feedback is a must, along with a light atmosphere in a safe environment. I listen to my students and am patient with them. At the same time, we would steadily progress towards the desired goal without making any unnecessary stops along the journey. Only material that is relevant will be brought up.
I strongly believe lessons should be interesting,rather than feel dragged or boring, which accounts for the 45-minute duration of my lessons. We can be more efficient and learn better in shorter amounts of time with the correct methodology.

My belief is that with the right study methods, patience and consistency, achieving any result you want is more than likely. To master something, you need to understand it, not only know it. So, when teaching different concepts to my students, I devote time to explaining the concept to myself first, then represent it in ways that aid the memory and comprehension of my students.
I divide my teaching methods in two ways: 1. General methods - which are well-established practises for learning. 2. Specific methods - which are practises tailored to the individual needs of each student.
I am also aware of a couple of tricks to get top marks in exams.
