I am a Yoga Alliance certified RYS 200 hour instructor. I have been on the spiritual path all my life, I am a writer and philosophy lover. I am in the pursuit of being a life coach, healer & teacher.

I teach according to each students need, I view each of my students as complete souls. I am upbeat and down to Earth... it is key to not intimidate beginners and come to class with an approachable and empathetic attitude. I ensure the environment is of maximum comfort by creating a safe space. I remind everyone to take deep breaths.
