Traditional Chen-style Tai Chi is not merely a collection of isolated movements, but a complete, holistic training system designed to optimize both body and mind. It goes beyond simply executing a set routine; starting from fundamental core principles and utilizing unique movement mechanics, it guides you to rediscover your body’s sensations and realign yourself to an optimal state. Through movements that are simultaneously gentle and powerful, you will learn the arts of relaxation and balance—allowing a stiff body to regain its fluidity and a weary mind to find its calm. This is not fragmented fitness, but a process of self-awakening and restoration that integrates body and mind from the inside out. No prior experience is required—all you need is a willingness to slow down. Beginners are warmly welcomed. For those with prior experience, we offer advanced guidance, including form correction, guided practice demonstrations, and in-depth explanations of Tai Chi theory.
Typical structure of a lesson will include a few minutes of warm-up, standing posture, silk reeling exercises and Kung Fu frame forms for beginners. For more advanced students, the structure will be modified according to the level of the students and specific demands.
