About Ruth

I was introduced to yoga 5 years ago and it opened the door to a whole new world. A colleague invited me to join her at yoga and I never looked back! When I started to practice I was so inflexible I could barely touch my toes, and the thought of meditation was scary, but over time not only did my physical fitness improve, but I realised how much it was improving my mental and emotional well-being. Inspired by my love of this amazing practice which had given me so much, I wanted to share this amazing practice with other people and so trained to become a yoga teacher. I also have a diploma in coaching giving me insights into the power of trust, personal development and exploration and apply this holistic approach to yoga. I provide a relaxed, fun, safe and exploratory environment to practice, develop and learn.

About the lesson

Whether you are unable to make group classes or just prefer to practice at a time to suit you, a 1-2-1 private session may be just what you need. These sessions will be tailored to meet your requirements, whether working towards specific long or short-term goals, built around your individual requirements and needs for a truly tailored and bespoke offer. Whether you are looking to start yoga for the first time or seeking to advance and develop your personal practice, I can build a class to suit you. Also a great opportunity to practice with a partner of friend! I look forward to discussing options with you :)
