About Shaniya
I am very dedicated, intentional, gentle, and supportive with my students’ goals. Have built a high standing at my current studio, but would like to offer more of my expertise elsewhere. Yoga is for everybody and every body :) As your trainer, my goal isn't simply to teach poses or get you to your desired physique. It's to help you build a meaningful relationship with yoga that extends far beyond the mat. I believe growth happens when we slow down, stay curious, and practice with intention. Whether your goal is to deepen your personal practice, or reconnect with yourself, I would like to enrich your journey.
