I’ve been having alto saxophone lessons form Gracie for nearly 18 months and I have found her to be an excellent teacher. I have progressed to Grade 2 in that time thanks to Gracie’s knowledge, encouragement and patience. She is very clear and realistic in her expectations and has high standards. She always explains clearly and is especially good at communicating how to solve problems and technical issues from her own experience. I never saw myself taking up a musical instrument like the saxophone for the first time at 66 but I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and that is largely down to Gracie’s teaching. I would absolutely recommend Gracie as a teacher.
