About Bencent
During my final year of ATAR studies, I received a raw ATAR of 98.85 and an adjusted ATAR of 99.95.
Throughout my school years, I achieved with many high academic results and was rewarded with the Dux of Mathematics once and the Dux of Chinese twice at Brisbane Grammar School. During this time, I was awarded with the Certificate of Merit every year (Year 5 to Year 12), acknowledging my academic excellence.
My marks throughout Year 12 were:
Mathematical Methods: 95/100
Specialist Mathematics: 92/100
Physics: 97/100, with 50/50 for internals
Chemistry: 96/100, with 50/50 for internals
Chinese: 93/100

The new QCE ATAR system implemented in Queensland led to many students being confused with assignment response styles. I believe I have a vast understanding of the curriculum through my methods of attacking tests and assignments as I acquired 100% in all of my mathematics (PSMTs) and science assignments (SEs and RIs) throughout Year 12.
As a 2021 graduate who is thoroughly familiarised with the new QCE ATAR system, I am confident that I will be able to provide targeted tutoring and feedback which strictly adheres to not only the syllabus’ learning objectives, but also the students’ individual needs. I understand that every student learns differently and I will devise study plans and techniques that will target a student’s weaknesses to help them perform beyond their expectations.
Based on the knowledge and thorough understanding of the syllabus, I would be able to help students prepare for exams by developing their understanding of the content, guide and proofread student’s assignments and prepare extension materials to ensure that the students are familiar and comfortable when attempting exam questions.
