About Hunter
If you're looking for a very serious/professional tutor then you should probably look elsewhere. I like to have enjoyable sessions and get to know the students I work with, as long as they are actively trying to learn. In my experience, few people learn well simply from being lectured, so I try to adapt my style to each individual student I teach, moving faster or slower depending on what they need. In my personal life, I love cooking, playing video games, watching movies & basketball, and traveling.

Hello, my name is Hunter and I've been a teacher/tutor for 3 years now. I graduated in 2021 with two degrees and two minors in Economics/Finance and Statistics/Mathematics. As you can tell I love working with math and numbers, and math is my favorite subject to teach, but I also have experience teaching reading and English for the ACT and SAT. I have helped students improve their test scores from every starting point, and have even helped some get perfect scores.
