About Una

Watching learners struggle against a rigid syllabus rather than their own capability is why I teach today. I returned to Math after a long gap, so I remember clearly what being rusty feels like. I understand that the academic system often overlooks individual progress.

My Math degree from Waterloo informs how I break down complex structures for advanced learners. I stay grounded in the reality of your current knowledge. You will find that I prioritize comfort over speed. My main goal is that you find this subject far less intimidating than you do now.

About the lesson

Mathematics becomes manageable when you finally remove the mental friction that causes hesitation. We begin our time together with a free trial class to identify your specific weak areas.

This initial assessment ensures that we focus on the gaps in your fundamental understanding before moving to higher concepts. Linear algebra and statistics require a steady hand and a clear logical framework.

I integrate trigonometry and arithmetic to ensure your mental math remains sharp throughout our work. My objective is to guide you to the point where you can explain the core reasoning back to me unprompted. You will handle complex homework help tasks with greater confidence once the internal logic clicks into place.
