About Ivanna
My name is Ivanna, and I’m a passionate and dedicated English tutor with years of hands-on experience helping students become confident, fluent speakers. I’ve worked in both primary and high school environments, and I’ve also taught online — especially during the COVID period — where I helped many students reach their personal and academic English goals. I specialise in spoken English, and I’ve successfully prepared students for exams such as IELTS and TOEFL, helping them achieve strong scores through practical, focused training and real conversation practice. What makes my lessons different is the way I connect learning to real life. My students don’t just memorise grammar — they live the language through speaking, watching films, discussing topics that matter, and learning naturally while having fun. I’m based in the UK, where I also run my own business, and I bring that international experience and real-world understanding into every lesson. I believe in creating a supportive, motivating space where each student feels seen, valued, and excited to improve.

I offer fun, practical, and highly effective English lessons focused mostly on speaking and real-life communication. My teaching style is interactive — we watch short films or clips together, speak as much as possible, and correct grammar naturally while practising. My aim is to make you speak confidently and fluently, without fear or pressure. Lessons usually last at least 1 hour, with the option to extend up to 2.5 hours depending on your goals and energy. I have previous experience working in both primary and high schools, and during the COVID period, I successfully tutored students online — many of whom now speak English fluently and confidently. My lessons are perfect for any level and any age, though I work best with kids, teenagers, and young adults up to 25 years old.
