Adolfo was one of the best if not the best director I played for. He was an even better pianist, and a wonderful person to be around. He always knew what to work on in rehearsal and was great at booking gigs and events for combo and big band. Overall a wonderful musician, director, producer, and person.

I am studying music in university, and out of all the many music educators I have worked with, Adolfo has been the most technically impressive to me. He was my professor for a year at the University of Minnesota Morris, and in that time, I both learned under him as a student and played with him at many gigs. I really improved as a live performer with his advice and guidance.
