About Tapasya

I'm a bachelor student of third year of arts from GGDSD college Chandigarh .
I'm from Himachal and want to teach and educated people around me about healthy weight loss myths about diet and every thing related to health .
I've myself lost around 40 kgs of weight and can guide students well about it.

About the lesson

My methodology of teaching will be very natural . I will make the child comfortable doing everything and guiding them towards all the natural activities in their day to day life which they would enjoy . I will make them follow a daily routine which is very important in one's life to be fit and healthy
