About Clarissa
At 18 I had a big emotional breakdown and I started to suffer from severe panic attacks, control issues, impostor syndrome, low self-esteem and generalised anxiety. It took me years to get to know and manage my anxiety and stress.
During this life journey, I became passionate about personal growth, self-care and well-being and I studied to become a Counsellor and a Life Coach, specialising in anxiety and stress management.
