I consider myself as a flamboyant, expressive teacher and a person in general. I believe such traits inspire students to embrace the traits and talents they're bestowed with. 'Dogma should turn into dialogue' so a teacher must welcome the view-point of students and help them develop a unique 'persona of self' which should not be an outcome or amalgamation of cliche approaches.
