About Edward

Graduating from Harvard University with a BS in Architectural Technology prepared me for the rigors of professional design environments. Most of what I know about teaching AutoCAD came from getting it wrong with early students. I bring 1 year of experience focused on layers, layer management, and coordinate systems.

Precision matters to me, but not at the cost of someone switching off. Students rely on me for importing and exporting DWG or PDF files alongside 3D modeling basics.

My technical foundation includes isometric drawing, hatching, and fills. Proficiency in measurement tools and keyboard-driven efficient drafting remains essential for any designer. I maintain high standards for model space and paper space organization. Reach out if you want to draft like a pro.

About the lesson

Starting your first session requires a mindset focused on speed and technical accuracy. You will receive my custom keyboard shortcut cheatsheet to immediately increase your drafting velocity during our hour.

Layer discipline and proper title block setup form the backbone of our work together. These fundamental habits ensure your files meet the exact standards that firms expect to see.
