My approach centers on building foundational GUITAR TECHNIQUE while preserving the genuine excitement that drew you to the instrument in the first place. Over 13 years of coaching diverse players, I have found that technical clarity serves as the best vehicle for creative expression.

"Starting out, I admit that I often prioritize listening before we even pick up an instrument to play a single note. We begin by performing a diagnostic skills check to map out your specific musical landscape and current playing level.
This method allows me to build a lesson plan that reflects your unique goals rather than using a generic template. Drawing on my Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School, I integrate songwriting and reading tabs into our routine. You can expect 9 steady sessions that emphasize technical growth without sacrificing the joy of your craft."
