About Rajni
I am Rajni, a passionate and dedicated Vipassana meditation practitioner. Over the years, I've experienced firsthand the profound effects this ancient practice has on calming the mind, developing inner peace, and deepening self-awareness. Through consistent practice, Vipassana has helped me cultivate a life of mindfulness, clarity, and emotional balance. My goal is to share this transformative technique with others, so they too can experience the peace and insight that Vipassana brings.
What I Teach
In my sessions, I guide students through the fundamental principles of Vipassana meditation, focusing on practical application for modern life. My teachings include:
Mindful Awareness: Training the mind to observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment or attachment.
Breath Observation: Learning to center the mind by paying attention to the natural flow of the breath, cultivating focus and calm.
