A CA aspirant ..
Who basically passed every level of a normal person have to pass ..
But,in accordance with my perspective a great teacher can make a difficult subject easy and fun.
Introduce yourself as a friend to your students 'cause nobody loves a strict teacher.
Give respect to every student and teach them accordingly.
Don't be too bookish. Give your students, examples out of the books, practical examples and also which are reality based.
Never and ever give a lot of homework to them.Teach every student according to thier strategy.
5. Be very very frank with them and yes do crack jokes in between the maths class. It makes the learning fun.

I used to take classesin evening .if it's comfortable with the student ..it will change as per your requirement too..
Children and youth have big feelings and are often dealing with more than we know outside the classroom. As a teacher, it's important to be able to empathize with what they are feeling, even if it may not seem like a big deal.
