About Ryan
I am a graduating MSc candidate at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, now based in the Atlanta area. I hold a BA in Economics from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. I have extensive experience in tutoring mathematics, languages, and test prep, and I have most recently offered such services to junior university students in calculus and statistics. I have also worked in ESL and standardized test preparation as a volunteer tutor throughout my high school education.

Lessons are highly interactive and visual, with all verbal indications written on a whiteboard. We will focus primarily on working through sample problems together, identifying sticking points and concentrating specifically upon these areas. Should the student desire, targeted supplementary exercises can be created for outside practice. Subjects include: – ACT/SAT Prep – Economics – Math, from fundamentals to advanced levels: • Pre-Algebra • Algebra I & II • Geometry • Precalculus (incl. Trig) • Calculus (incl. AP AB/BC) • Statistics (incl. AP) • Multivariable Calculus It is not uncommon to see students' averages increase by 10-20 percentage points over the semester.
