About Paula
I believe Brazilian Portuguese is one of the most beautiful languages in the world, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for Brazilian culture with others. I study Portuguese at the University of São Paulo, focusing on Brazilian and Portuguese literature, Portuguese grammar, and linguistics. However, I took a break from my studies about two years ago to move to the United States, and I currently live in Denver. I've had experience working at two important schools in São Paulo, and now I am taking up offering private lessons online.

Our lessons are built to be interesting and interactive. My main focus is on conversation and building vocabulary, but we should never forget the other aspects of language learning; like reading, writing, grammar, and - of course - culture.
The first lesson will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, assess your current level, and discuss the topics and goals we will focus on in future sessions.
