About Trevor
As a young adult putting myself through grad school, I know that today’s educational system is challenging for a time-starved student. A good tutor should let you meet your goals while still keeping time for life’s other responsibilities.
I have enjoyed leading both paid and unpaid tutoring positions from high school on through my grad school studies. With experience in several different areas, I’m well equipped to make connections across different fields of study to help students succeed. I have experience several courses beyond those I intend to tutor and have seen many concepts explained in multiple ways so that I can help students when all other resources have been exhausted, and ultimately I can help students fit their studies around other responsibilities.

My experience at Millsaps College gave me the breadth needed to tutor a wide variety of subjects, as writing across the curriculum was encouraged. My environmental science degree led me down a pre engineering path including 10 upper level math courses, computer science, chemistry, physics, and geology. I am on track to graduate with a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Clemson’s International Center for Automotive Research, and look forward to helping many types of students excel in various subjects and academic pursuits.
