About Monty
My Name is Monty, I'm a Mindfulness Coach, I've created a Mindfulness app and I also Train Mindfulness teachers to start teaching people to meditate themselves.
Mindfulness has been the most useful thing I've done in my life. It's helped with my personal life, my professional life and my life as a parent too.
I'm passionate about teaching mindfulness as it's such a life-changing tool for managing stress and growing resilience.
I'm so lucky to have found it and am passionate about making it easy for others to start meditating.
