My name is Doctrines Siluma. a 29 year old female I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree. I have passion for numbers. I love interacting with students. I hate seeing student struggle while i am available to help. I believe everyone is smart in their own way. I chose teaching because I love seeing students progress in their studies.

Every classroom has a few students who have a negative attitude towards math. I am to change all that, Maths will become every student's favourite subject through my lessons. It’s my job to help students love math. I aim to accomplishing it by heloing every student to have a growth mindset, secondly i will help them realize that they can get better at it. Many students have a fixed mindset and believe they are just hopelessly bad at math — I aim to change that mindset. Students must have the
“power of yet." meaning they may not be able to solve a math problem yet, but if they keep trying, they will eventually be successful. In my classes we celebrate successes to have a more positive attitude toward math.
