About Chase

With years of teaching experience, I specialise in helping students of all ages master the piano. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music, which provide a strong foundation in theory, technique, and performance. I have worked with beginners, intermediate learners, and advanced students preparing for exams and recitals. My lessons are designed to be engaging, practical, and personalised to each student’s needs. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students relate musical concepts to everyday life. Motivation is central, and I encourage students to set achievable goals and celebrate progress. Problem-solving is an integral part of my teaching, helping students develop analytical and independent thinking skills. I teach with integrity, creating a respectful and safe environment where students feel comfortable experimenting and learning from mistakes. I am flexible, adjusting lessons to each student’s learning style, pace, and objectives. Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and basic composition to give students a full understanding of music. I also prepare students for exams, performances, and competitions, emphasising both technical skill and creativity. Lessons are available online or in-person for all ages. I focus on building confidence, self-expression, and a love for music. Each lesson is enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding. My ultimate goal is to help students become skilled, confident, and passionate musicians.

About the lesson

I teach piano using methods that make learning engaging, practical, and relatable. I focus on motivation, encouraging students to set small goals and celebrate every achievement to build confidence and keep learning enjoyable. I teach with integrity, creating a supportive, honest, and patient environment where students can feel safe and explore creatively. I am also highly flexible, adapting lessons to the student’s pace, goals, and interests. Along with piano, I can teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and basic composition. Lessons are available online or in-person, suitable for all ages. My goal is to help students play confidently, express themselves musically, and develop a lasting love for the piano.
