About Stephen
I have tutored a multitude of subjects ranging from pre-algebra, to trigonometry and calculus. I have been doing it since I started college back in 2011 and have been tutoring off and on since then. I like to help students achieve their math goals by empowering them with the knowledge they need to solve equations, not by just telling them the answers but by guiding them through the steps when needed as they work through the equation.

My goal is not to just help you get the answer for problems. It is to guide you on the process of solving equations in a meaningful way.My goal is for you to understand the concepts of why equations work out the way they do and help you understand fully why equations and formulas are the way they are. If I can’t immediately understand or figure something out I will do my best to get an answer and explain how to get through the steps.
