About Alice
My name is Alice and I am a ballet dancer originally from Ireland and currently based in Mainz, Germany. I studied at the John Cranko Schule and the Ballet Academy of the University of Performing Arts Munich, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Dance, which included a course in anatomy and kinesiology. I believe everyone can benefit from flexibility training, which is why I cater to athletes of all disciplines as well as anyone who would like to incorporate stretching into their weekly routine.

My classes cater to each student’s individual flexibility goals. They begin with a gentle warmup before progressing into deeper stretches.I offer 45 minute, 60 minute and 75 minute classes. I use my knowledge of anatomy to ensure my students can reach their goals in a safe and pain-free way.

Perfect! Alice is working on flexibility, stability and strengthening with our 7 year old daughter. She has a very pleasant manner and our daughter enjoys the sessions - enjoying them but also working hard throughout. Would thoroughly recommend
