A Message to My Students
Before you choose me as your chess coach, I want you to know a few things about me.
First, you don't have to be afraid of making mistakes. Chess is difficult, and mistakes are part of learning. I won't embarrass you for losing a game or making a bad move. Instead, we'll look at what happened and figure out how you can improve.
Second, I will listen to you. Your opinions, questions, and ideas matter. If there's something you don't understand, ask me. If you have a different idea, tell me. Chess is about thinking for yourself, and I want to encourage that.
Third, I will treat everyone fairly. Whether you're already an experienced player or you're just learning how the pieces move, you'll have a chance to learn and improve.
And finally, my goal isn't simply to make you win. I want you to become more confident, patient, strategic, and capable of thinking under pressure.
You don't need to be the strongest player when you start.
You just need to be willing to learn.
I'll do my best to help you become the strongest chess player you can be—and we'll enjoy the journey along the way.
So don't worry about being perfect. Come to the board, make your move, and let's learn together. ♟️

If you’re looking for a chess coach, don’t just choose someone who can tell you what move to play. Choose someone who can help you understand why you should play it.
I want to be your chess coach because I want to help you become better players—not just by memorizing openings, but by learning how to think, calculate, stay calm, and make smart decisions under pressure.
As your coach, I’ll help you improve your:
♟️ Opening strategies
Tactical calculation
Board awareness
️ Attacking and defensive skills
️ Time management
Confidence during games
Ability to learn from mistakes
And most importantly, I won't expect you to be perfect. Losing a game isn't failure. It's information. Every mistake gives us something to learn from.
I want our chess team to be the kind of team that doesn't panic when we're behind, doesn't get overconfident when we're winning, and keeps fighting until the very last move.
So if you choose me, you're not just choosing a coach.
You're choosing someone who's ready to help you think better, play better, and grow together as a team.
