About Anthony
My most recent role falls under project management as I would navigate various stakeholders such as architects, designers, suppliers and senior stakeholders to ensure our new stores are created across europe. This role has developed my time management and organizational skills as we have specific estimates and KPI's which we try to meet in order to create a store by the projected opening date.
I completed a masters in Work Psychology and business after completing a four year business psychology degree with an integrated placement abroad.
I have also worked at the Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein HQ along with the Adidas group HQ. Both of these experiences have equipped one with knowledge about transformational leadership that considers change management.

I make use of presentations, e learning programs along with relevant content videos. I believe in honest and effective feedback whilst i encourage reflective tasks for individual improvements.
I pay great attention to the human strategic capability, one of the key aspects of taking a resourced-based view in strategy. I believe this can drive individual differences.
During my MSc in Work Psychology and Business I undertook and really enjoyed the modules; Strategy, Change and Leadership in addition to Learning and Talent Development. These were some of my highest graded subjects and I learnt a good amount of knowledge in regards to internal and external strategy.
