About Kieron
I am the lead guitarist of Dead Distance, where I write and perform complex, unique guitar melodies, riffs, and licks that define our sound. I’ve performed across the country in cities including London, Liverpool, and Edinburgh, playing everything from intimate venues to stadium crowds of 13,000 people. Along the way, I’ve shared stages with established acts such as Dirty Nice, Heavy Lungs, and Pet Needs. Dead Distance is currently releasing a 4-track EP, produced by Al Groves (The Motor Museum, Liverpool), whose credits include some of the UK’s most exciting artists. The release has already begun attracting the attention of labels and distributors, marking an exciting next step in our journey. I am an active and passionate musician in the scene, constantly pushing my playing and songwriting to new heights!

For me, music is all about creativity :) If you're interested in a guitar tutor who will teach you the practical side of music- I am the tutor for you! We can work on songs picked by you, or if you would prefer I can curate a mixture of relevant tracks that we can dissect, and learn to a high standard. This gives you an understanding of not only what was played, but also WHY they played it and why it works on the track. We will also learn specific techniques for lead and rhythm, and healthy practice routines. My style is influenced mostly by Rock and Blues music. But we can learn any style! Lessons can range anywhere from 30mins to 2hours- whatever works for you :) I work at a beginner to intermediate level at any age!!
