About Connor
Playing at dive bars for 7 years taught me what breaks under pressure. I learned the hard way how to hold a crowd with just a guitar.
That is the grit I bring to my studio. I work with self-taught players and kids who want actual structure.
My background includes 13 years of stage experience and a degree from Berklee. I teach electric technique, fingerpicking, and everything in between.
Whether you are prepping for grade exams or just jamming, I have seen it all. I keep things loose while keeping the technique sharp. It is genuinely fun to watch someone finally nail a difficult blues progression.

Since the vibe is usually pretty relaxed, we start by checking in on your current practice habits. Having spent 13 years on the road, I know that stage fright is mostly about not trusting your own hands. We spend time on scales, modes, and improvisation so that you can navigate the fretboard without thinking too hard. I offer a monthly recorded review of your progress so you can actually hear how your rhythm guitar and soloing have improved over time.
Because I hold a BM in Songwriting, I prioritize helping you understand the theory behind the music rather than just reading tabs. My approach is to ensure you feel ready to play in front of anyone, anywhere, at any time.
