About Sienna

I have over 10 years of experience teaching ESL to college students, and I am passionate about creating personalised learning experiences. Every student has different goals, so I adapt my lessons to meet their specific needs.

I focus on academic English, including essay writing, grammar improvement, vocabulary expansion, and research presentations. I also work on speaking and listening skills to help students communicate fluently in everyday situations.

My teaching style is patient, motivating, and practical. I use interactive exercises, discussions, and real-world examples to make lessons interesting. I also include multimedia resources and online tools to enhance engagement and understanding.

I believe mistakes are part of learning, so I create a positive environment where students feel comfortable practising. I provide regular feedback and track progress carefully to ensure steady improvement.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is based on practical communication and real-life context. I believe students understand English better when they use it in everyday situations. I include real-life examples and case studies such as job interviews, workplace discussions, travel conversations, academic presentations, and daily social interactions. This makes learning useful and meaningful.

Motivation is an important part of my classroom. I help students set small and achievable goals. I encourage regular practice and celebrate their improvement. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking without fear.

When students face difficulties, I apply problem-solving strategies. I identify the exact issue and explain the topic in simple and clear steps. I provide exercises that improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
