About Hong Phuong
I am currently a PhD students in the field of Biotechnology and Molecular Biology at The University of Queensland. I have more than 4 years experience in giving Biology lectures for undergraduates in a university in Vietnam. The size of the class ranges between 30 - 60 students. I also have experience in giving lessons for only 1 or small groups of students.

I usually apply lecturing method for big groups of students. For small groups, I prefer to use the collaboration method which allows students to talk with each other and the teacher. I also like to ask questions to let the students figure out the solutions themselves
